My Story

My Journey

I was raised in a home shaped by alcoholism and emotional instability. From an early age, I learned to be hyper-aware, to adapt, and to survive. Beneath the surface, I carried a deep sense of abandonment and unspoken pain, yet for many years I couldn’t quite name what felt wrong. I simply believed I was different to everyone else, too sensitive, too broken, too much.

I sought change through therapy and personal development, trying to understand myself and heal, yet nothing seemed to truly shift. No matter how much work I did, the same emotional patterns remained. I began to believe that perhaps I was beyond help, that something in me was fundamentally damaged.

Everything changed when I finally received the clarity of a Complex PTSD diagnosis. For the first time, my inner world made sense. What I had experienced was not weakness, it was trauma.

That understanding brought profound relief, deep self-compassion, and the beginning of true healing. I stopped judging myself and began learning how to feel safe in my own skin, my own emotions, and my own life.

Today, I support women who, like me, grew up learning how to survive rather than how to feel secure, loved, and emotionally held. I work with heartbroken women over 40 who carry the invisible wounds of abandonment, helping them gently rebuild their sense of worth, regulate their nervous systems, and create a future grounded in peace, strength, and inner stability.

My work is not about reliving the past. It is about creating safety in the present, restoring trust within yourself, and guiding you into a life where you no longer live in survival mode, but in connection, confidence, and quiet self-belief.
