I know, because I did the exact same thing.
For many years, I carried a deep sense of abandonment and unspoken pain. I just thought I was different from everyone else. I sought change through therapy and personal development, yet I still felt like nothing was working. I felt like I couldn't be helped, like I was too damaged.
It was only later, when I finally received the clarity of a Complex PTSD diagnosis, that everything made sense. That understanding brought profound relief, self-compassion, and the beginning of my true healing.
Now, I help women who, like me, learned to survive instead of feeling safe. Today, I guide heartbroken women over 40 to heal the wounds of abandonment, rebuild their sense of worth, and create a future grounded in peace, strength, and purpose.
